Al Madina Khairiah Foundation provides free ambulance services to support the poor and helpless. We operate two ambulances—one for patient transport and another for the deceased—ensuring compassionate, timely assistance for everyone, regardless of financial status. Our mission is to deliver dignity and care in every situation.
